Grievance Redressal policy was launch for the natural justice not for the company benefit only. If Max Bupa is using its Grievance Redressal Department for its own profit/benefit only then why should consumer require such Redressal Department. As per IRDAI rule, A consumer can move to Ombudsman only after the decision of Grievance or 30 days from the complain to Grievance
