Medicines without Bill and only on cash payment
1. Shopkeeper refusing to provide Bill for purchase
2. Shopkeeper refusing any form of Digital payment & demanding only CASH
Recently, I had to purchase Blood Sugar monitor strips "Glucocard 01 SENSOR" manufactured & supplied by "arkray factory" for my mother in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. I went to the dealer shopkeeper ' Vishal Pharma, New Dawaa Bazaar, Jabalpur & got the item ( 50 test strips ) having LOT 'A183D34' having Exp of 2019-07, @ at a price of Rs. 800/-
I provided my credit card for payment towards purchase. Shopkeeper refused to accept the credit card. He also refused any digital / electronic mode of payments & insisted on CASH payment only.
I paid cash & requested for Bill. This shopkeeper also refused to provide any Bill
Understand, Tax Evasion is taking place with impunity in Jabalpur & nobody is bothered. Concerned Sales Tax & Income Tax Officers need be taken to task and COORECTIVE ACTIONS MUST BE taken.
