I have purchased a DELL PC before 18 months for INR 53,000.
From the very first day the PC starts behaving strangely. I complaint regarding this to the Dell. They changed the Hard Disk, but still no progress. Then they changed the Motherboard ( it was a REFURBISHED MOTHER BOARD ) and provide me a product key. The Product Key they provided me does not have any OEM written on it. When I checked with the Microsoft I came to know that the key provided to me is not compatible with my Windows version. Recently I am getting black screen while working on the PC. It automatically comes in between and then disappears and the screen becomes normal. I registered a complaint with Dell for this problem and I was shocked to hear their excuse. They told me that this happens because of the interference from mobile phones signals. The also suggest me to keep the mobile phone away from the computer while its in use. I implemented this suggestion also, but the result is nil. I have never seen such a rude and irresponsible services from any Company.
I am planning to take this issue to Consumer Forum.
But friends, please never ever try to purchase any product from Dell.
