Above agency charged INR 6500/- towards AMC for Air Condition and now not giving the desired service after repeated calls and request. Even they are not refunding the money charged towrds providing the AMC service for TWO YEARS starting from 17/04/2018. I am enclosing the invoice copy and would request an urgent action as facing lot of harassment from the service provider. The executive who was chasing to get the AMC done Mr. Pankaj Saxena does not even responds to the phone calls now.
