OYO rooms attracts the customers by providing low prices for hotels room booking. After that when the customers reach to the hotel, they are asked to pay higher amount than the booking amount because of the tariff issue. So a customer is left with nothing except paying the extra amount and if the customer denies to pay that extra amount then hotel doesn't allow to check-in and on the other hand OYO doesn't refund the amount giving different excuses. Example - OYO tells customers that they have refunded the amount and to contact bank for the same. Now the customer is left with nothing except crying because the bank won't credit the money until and unless any amount is credited to them . On the other hand OYO keeps on saying that they have refunded the amount. It is a new scam. Customers get frustrated because of this and forgets about it. Oyo has started this new scam and is making heavy amount illegally. I request every one to sign this petition because not today but one day you will also be victim of this at a certain point in life and you will be left with nothing except regretting.
