The Consumer Protection Act 1986 was enacted to protect the interest of innocent consumer from a powerful lobby of Corporate and businessmen. The process of lodging the complaint and its settlement aught to be hassle free , simple and fast. But of late, gradually the whole system has failed due to the conspiracy and ignorance of the lawyers.

Hence the petition be filed to prohibit the entry of the lawyers , at least in the Consumer Forum`.

      The Question is "Lobby Of Layers" which is objectionable and NOT the representation's of the Layer. So also the Procedural hurdles and tinted Or tilted verdicts.


      "Lobby Of Layers" is disputatious and Disastrous as it is NOT only influencing but adversely impacting on the Process of Decisions and Judgments. more

      The whole forum is a farce, and most of the judges are under the direct influence of the corporate and real estate mafia who call the shots. This I know from personal experience, where we were swindled by the builder and after 4 years , the case was just dismissed without assigning any reason whatsoever.I t was a 4 year waste time and energy of our sunset years. The mental torture caused by the forum was moe than the mental torture caused by the builder more
