It is very much disappointing that commoners suffer loss while Railway makes money through arbitrary, unjust CANCELATION CHARGE of Rs 60 even for short-distance Seating Reservation , cancelled by Railway ITSELF !
I PROTEST that WITHOUT SERVICE or ANY stationery/ manpower COST Rail deducts Rs 180 (60x3) for 3 WaitListed e-tickets cancelled by Rail (NOT ME) as the booking was not confirmed. I had paid Rs 255 for 3 SEATING reservation (PNR 6318368083) through IRCTC website but Rail cancelled booking (SEVERAL HOURS LATER from Chart preparation) & I HAD TO BUY FRESH TICKETS TO TRAVEL. In such cases commoners suffer Double blow- agony + troubles and monetary loss.
I want redress : REFUND of Rs 180 illogical cancellation charge as I GOT NO SERVICE OF RAILWAY at all.
