Children being minors in age, maturity and dependent on parents including other elders, are heavily braintuned as per the whims and fancies of the elders due to which the quality living, health and happiness are endangered as evident from high frequency of suicides across the country. The problem lies in failure among elders in upbringing of children for their progressive development. Child right protection for which India signed the UN charter exists on paper but not in practice with special reference to international parental child abductions for India is famous for maximum abductions in the world. The Governance does not even care to create a separate ministry for child development in India with explicit misconception that children are the sole property of women parent but not of men as if the latter have no role or responsibility to care and comfort the children. This gender bias should get extinct if the country has to progress and prosper globally.
