Settlement of consumer court case in line with time limit specified in the act.
Despite the fact that all submissions and counter submission are made within 5-6 months, judges do not arrange argument in time and go on giving dates for years. Some punitive action fir delay by such judges/ court should be there.
Every cases should be positively decided within limit of 6 months
And there should be some authority to whom, complaint can be listed against erring judges.
