We have discovered that - the cost of compliance for even a small company per year, including professional fee to Auditors and Company Secretaries are very high - almost INR 65000/- per year (assuming only 3 Directors in a small Private Limited Company). This does not give a good picture about ease of doing business - here we get another set of agents to drain the funds for the sake of compliance - which is also very valuable.

MCA does not have any department for SME - which should be noted. As if they do not care about SME. There is no different fee structure for SME.

We recommend that for SME - the burden of Auditing and verification through Company Secretary - should be abolished - let it be self certified - why not? This is a request to MCA.

When a Director of an SME using his/her DSC to file INC-22A - s/he is very well aware what s/he is doing.

      We should petition UN to declare MCA as a terrrist organisation inspired by Great Ladenji and Baghdadiji. It may be even worse. It will ruin all sme sector soon. Just wait, MCA may be the only factor for ouster of Modi in 2024. It is cobra snake peomoted by this government . more

      Our MCA is a gang of professional looters trained by Baghdadi and taliban. MCA is far worse than Taliban. Smal person should close companies and start business as proprietoty firm. There is no sence complying the orders of a looter, chaeter, goon, robber and devcil called MCA. Modi government should come out exit plan for companies. No Indian want to deal with a devil called MCA. Free us from MCA. more

      Please forward this petition to your friend SME companies to get more support.

      Govt only made a rule - similar to that in the US - that 20% of all projects in PSU and Govt companies should be reserved for the SME - but, there is no SME cell in MCA to ensure that this is happening.

      SME companies are not begging Loans from the Govt - we need a supporting cell in MCA to remove the torture on the SME.

      There was a move from the MCA on - whether the large companies are paying the bills of the SME - but, actions are pending. more
