Streamlining RWA Monthly charges Noida should check the activities of the RWAs

Over the years it is evident that RWAs are increasing the financial burdens on the residents without providing better services. Noida Authority has decided to fix the rates. There is also a need to streamline the functioning of the RWAs. Among other things, curbs should be placed on mafia methods adopted by the RWAs. A cap should be placed on the number of times a person can become an office-bearer. There is a need for transparency in all functions, especially financial. RWAs should be made to account for financial collections and expenditure. Noida should create a special online platform for RWAs to record their activities so that all residents are aware of how their contributions are spent. No one with political affiliations should be allowed to contest RWA ELECTIONS. Noida should not allow office bearers to seek favors from it and not allow them to apply for schemes floated by the Authority
