Over decades, India could achieve developement in various areas like manufacturing, internet, computer softwares, business softwares, building infrastructures, residential complexes, space science etc. During these decades, we lost ground on school, college and still higher accademic trainings with inbuilt skill among passing out students. basics of environment, vehicle purchas & use and parking. Above all we lost responsibility as citizen, as an employee of a government department, public sector enterprises etc. The main reason is the group ofineffective beauracrats who does not discharge their duties they are supposed to the government which inturn will reach the common man. The UPSC and non UPSC cadre beauracrats should be made to work as soon as possible, else, the phrase Chalta hai chalne do attitude will continue and India will never reach the developed nation category inspite of our success stories in various fields.
