TCL TV turned faulty within 15 days of purchase. Company not providing replacement.

I purchased a new TCL LED TV on 16/10/19 ,which was installed on 18/10/19.
Just after installing i observed a black patch in the lower corner area of the TV, but as this area was covered with company warranty sticker i was not able to see the defect properly. When i removed the sticker a black patch was there below it.
Made complaint for same on 02/11/19 with reliance digital and TCL.
Reliance people visited after two days and offered repair of tv and TCL people visited after 7 days and they also offered the repair.
I told them both as the TV was faulty from the beginning, so kindly provide me a replacement of same but both are refusing for same.
Better not to buy products with Reliance Digital, they provide zero customer support.

First of all send them mail with pic of that black patch and keep BCC on you

Then file consumer complain with mentally harressment and compensation of everything. Suppose TV is 35000 then add this price as well as 10000 mentally harrassment more

Also i am doctor i barely get 5 minutes to watch the TV.
For terms of warranty part, there service manager told me on phone ( i am having call recording of same) that this defect is due to dust accumulation in the panel while manufacturing. So it will be considered as a manufacturing defect.
So how can i accept a unit which having manufacturing defect From the beginning. more
Sir, all the electronic companies have DOA policy of 15 days. According to this policy if a manufacturing defect arise in the unit within 15 days of purchase than they provide a replacement for same rather than repairing it.
I got one of my TV replaced from Sony one year back even after 2 months of purchase. Sony provided me prompt replacement within a week. more
Sir in your case the TV was one year old, but in my case it is just 15 days old.
If mine was one year old than i happily agreed on getting it repaired. more
