Consumers are not able to submit their complaints to Government. Existing regulatory and media network does not support reporting malpractices of automobile companies and issues faced by consumers. Complaint pages keep getting disappeared. Consumer never knows issues faced by others and is not informed enough to make right choice.
Ministry should start a portal along the line maintained National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) USA, where all complaints are systematically maintained, made visible to all. Administration of the portal should be biased for the consumer and work with the single objective of making the consumer heard.
