I appreciate Modi Government is taking rigorous steps for education reform specially in higher education sector. But, many a time the reform may support to academically bankrupt people who may rule in future. So, I also put forward some drastic steps need to be taken to make education human resource, skills, and development friendly. For instance -
1. Implementation of a system for making mandatory reporting with audio visual evidence of full 1 hour for averagely 10 classes on subject delivery out of 40 no.s of classes in a year for evaluation of quality by institutional/local/state level or regional level MHRD/UGC constituted committee(s) for ensuring the quality of teaching by all levels of professor(s).
2. Fully stopping the practice of appointing HOD and Deans in Universities and colleges consecutively for 2 or more terms. (because they retain the disease of in-efficiency, nepotism, harassment, local sentiment, irrelevancy, obsolescence in university in contrast to the philosophy of up-to-date, universality in university and Higher Educational Institutions).
