I brught my LED 43 inch 4K LED tv from Jiya Electronics on 25/12/2015 with five year warranty period. On August 2018 My LED TV had problem so i registered complain on 5th August 2018 with complain number AHM 0508180114 . so service man come on 14 th August he was check the My led tv and said that panel problem so i was registered panel it will come than repair if 4K panel not available than New TV comes than he charge me 1450 Rs as service charge. After one month i check my complain progress than i come to knoe that my complain was rejected so i again registered complain on 20th September 2018 with complain number AHM1909180384 and than no one come to my house to check the TV but when i call to dealer or Service center for my complain regarding than they give very rudely answer and also said it may take one year or more than that because sansui company was sealed by government but till date new led tv sales by company in market.
My above mention problem was not solve till date and also mentally torches us so kindly give justice to us. its our request.
