1. If still in this age of digitisation co. Not able to trace there broduct records.. Means something is wrong in channel from maufacturing co. To disributer, seller.. May be to avoid govt.Tax on product. Not showing Real production etc.
2.. If consumer losses warrenty card, and bill, on reqest seller gives wrong bill of out warrenty? And a MNC co. Refused to trake record of product under warrenty. Means co. Itself not willing to help genuine a customer. Ultimately consumer suffers..
3..solution to the problem will avoid corruption and negligence of sales channel.... Etc
