Wi Fi at airports
In many Airports in India, WiFi is of particular service provider. It is free for half an hour. If you have cell of that particular service provider, you get free access or you have to opt for paid access.
Funny thing is, to get access to WiFi, the Service Provider sends you an OTP by SMS. So if your guest is arriving from say UAE, his Cell will not have range here and he will never get that SMS and in turn access to Wi Fi. This results in big inconvenience in getting in touch with his kins.
AIA should provide free WiFi to all passengers irrespective of their service provider. To secure the WiFi, guest should be made to enter his flight number and PNR.
