As I explained over the phone, the original booking was from Trivandrum to Jakarta on 20th June 2019 and based on my request to reroute the ticket to Kochi - Jakarta, Goibobo team has asked me to transfer Rs.9199 which I have made on the same day based on the confirmation from your end. Later, your team member informed me that rerouting is not possible by the airline hence the ticket was issued for the original sector Trivandrum - Jakarta.
Since there was no change was effected and the price on your website and Malindo air website was the same, it does not make any sense to charge me additional amount of Rs.9199. Hence, request you to return the excess charge of Rs.9199 immediately.
This is to give you an advance notice that, I shall be proceeding with a complaint with FTC (Federal Trade Commission) regarding this case besides contacting the Consumer redressal form in India.
(Note: I have attached your ticket price for the date of travel which is the same as the original date of booking in both Goibobo as well as in Malindo air website)
