*implement the adherence to safety norms seriously , so that the spread id controlled .
*Advice people to boost their immunity - Suggest the type of food to consume .
* In addition to washing hand & face , advice warm saline water gargling , Medicated steam inhalation every day when entering home .
* Suggest Pranayama or appropriate breathing exercises , so that the Lungs are kept clear out of Virus. ALL THE BEST .
