रेलवे मे सुधार लाने के लिये , एक अनुभव से प्राप्त सुझाव हमारा भी :

गत सप्ताह दिल्ली से मुम्बई राजधानी द्वारा यात्रा करते हुए टी टी ई ने बढ़ा हुआ किराया वसूल किया और बिना रसीद दिये जाने लगा तो हमने कहा -- रसीद प्लीज़ ! इस पर वह बोला -- सारे डिब्बे की एक साथ काटेंगे ! लेकिन हमारे जोर देने पर वह एक मिनट मे ही वापस आया और रसीद दे दी !
वापसी मे फिर टी टी ई ने पैसे लिये और बोला -- ओफ़िस मे तो नहीं देना ! हमारे ना कहने पर वह बिना रसीद दिये ही चला गया और हम सोचते रहे कि अभी आकर दे जायेगा ! लेकिन वह फिर कहीं नज़र नहीं आया !
ज़रा सोचिये :
* बिना रसीद काटे वह पैसा क्या सरकारी खाते मे जायेगा !
* यदि नहीं तो किस की जेब मे जायेगा ?
* यदि टी टी ई की जेब मे गया तो रेलवे को कितना नुकसान हो रहा होगा !
* माननीय रेल मंत्री जी ने रेलवे की हालत को सुधारने के लिये जनता पर भार डाला ! लेकिन क्या खुद रेलवे कर्मचारी ही सरकार को लूट रहे हैं !
* क्या सरकार को लूटने वाले और जनता को मूर्ख बनाने वाले कर्मचारियों पर कोई कार्यवाही होनी चाहिये !

याह मामला एक कर्मचारी का नहीं है ! इसलिये किसी व्यक्ति विशेष की शिकायत ना समझा जाये ! लेकिन सामूहिक रूप से रेलवे की कार्य प्रणाली मे सुधार की आवश्यकता है ! more

I had the similar experience recently while traveling by Shatabdi Express from Delhi to Ludhiana on 19th and from Ludhiana to Delhi on 21 july,2014. The tte collected the money and disappeared. Railways have to find solution to this problem. Dinesh Mathur more

In most of the Raiway stations,coolis are exploiting the passengers.Even though there are rules, no body implements.There should be fixed rates and whoever violates,their licences should be cancelled.Like prepaid autos,there should be prepaid cooli system so that they donot exploit the passengers. more  
Corruption was the top agenda of Aam aadmi Party. It is because of AAP corruption became a top issue in the last elections. But BJP in general and Modi in particular seem to have forgotten this issue after coming to power. Will the Rly minister wake up to clean the Railways? more  
The corruption is a major issue every where including Railways. But remember there are two parties to corruption - one demanding/ being offered and second offering for self favour/ compelled to pay to achieve his objective. How many of us resist to pay and fight it out? more
