मोदी सरकार के अच्छे दिनों की सौगात का इन्तजार
मोदी सरकार अच्छे दिनों की सौगात भारतीय जनता को कब देगी और जल्दी क्या- क्या दे सकती है:-
1. Starting air ambulance service for remote areas of India for the patients specially accident victims to bring them to major hospital to save their life so that patients could not die on way like my friend (accident victim)had died ten years ago while he was being brought from Srinagar Garhwal to Chandigarh.Seven hours journey had costs his life. Zonal wise air ambulance services can be started for the patients who can afford or could not afford the cost of helicopter.
2. घर का सपना साकार हो सकता है How?:-
(a) By slashing the prices of houses,land,raw materials,taxes etc.through personal appeal or trough directives to the stake holders.
(b) By slashing the housing interest rates below 8%
(c) provide 99% housing loan scheme
(d) Make subsidized land policy so that builders can purchase land at subsidized rates and make affordable houses to the poor and medium class people.Central Government also must involve in holding the stake in land and building development in the states. more

Due to real estate mafia land prices are so high thT even an upper middle class people cannot buy. Some measures need to be taken by govt to control. Low rate of intetest and 100% loan will definitely help to buy. Many families buy more than one house/ site for the sake of investment, this is also adding to the price raise. Many people buy additional flats/ hpuses to get the tax benefit. If the tax reforms are introduced, buying house for investment will come down. more
