गर्मी के दिनों में क्या खायें:-
घर से बाहर निकलने के पूर्व भरपूर पानी जरूर पी लें- टमाटर-तरबूज-खरबूज-खीरा ककड़ी-नींबूपानी-तरबूज का रस- पुदीने का शरबत- छाछ (आम पन्ना - कच्चे आम को पानी में उबालकर उसका गूदा निकाल लें गुड़/शकर,भुना जीरा,धनिया,पुदीना,नमक)
क्या न खायें गर्मी के मौसम में---उष्ण प्रकृति के पदार्थों का सेवन कम से कम करें Avoid to eat fruit & foods like चीकू, पपीता, मेथी या उसकी भाजी, अनानास, चाय और काफी more

Suresh ji, the fruits to avoid during summer given here is only chiku, papita and pine apple and I have been told that these fruits produce heat in the body and hence it is better to avoid these, but in small quantity, it should be OK once or twice a week. Methi as you know is a winter vegetable and it was not available in summer earlier, but now methi is available through out the year. more
