गले की फांस odd even Concept !!
आम आदमी की सरकार वैसे तो विद्वानो से भरी हुई है / इसका संदेह तो हम किसी को नहीं होगा /
परन्तु १ जनवरी से प्रारम्भ होने वाली odd even concept जनता के गले नही उतर रही है / वैसे जनता का परेसान होना जायज भी है दोनों ही पहलु से एक तरफ प्रदुषण से, दूसरी तरफ काम काज में होने वाली परेशानियों से . odd even की जगह इन बिन्दुओं को भी लिया जा सकता था -
१. तय प्रदुषण मानक 50 (डीजल कार ) की जगह 35 करके स्ट्रिक्ट pollution clearance certificate देना चाहिए था /ये सभी वाहनो के लिए होना चाहिए था
२. 3 -4 center गवर्नमेंट की तरफ से सेट करके ( जहा स्ट्रिक्ट pollution clearance सर्टिफिकेट issue किया जा सके corruption न हो ) पोलूशन कंट्रोल किया जा सकता था
३.दिल्ली की फैक्ट्रीज भी कम नही है pollution को फ़ैलाने में, उनको भी तो action में लाओ
४.दिल्ली से सटे boarders like नॉएडा , ग़ज़िआबाद , फरीदाबाद वो भी तो दिल्ली को pollute करने में बराबर की भूमिका रखते है उनके CM से बात करके right decission लेते तो i think better होता .
हे आम आदमी सही से काम करो वरना ऊपर वाला सब देख रहा है / more
