Appointing Circle or Community Leaders
As many of you know LocalCircles circles or communities has witnessed an exponential growth both in terms of participation as well as causes and to manage these communities we intend to appoint some volunteers.
These Community Leaders will come from the same geographical area. And their role will be to manage the circle.
As well as :-
To be the face and voice of that community in physical interactions with various stakeholders
To convert solutions into petitions that will utilize the power of the community to show the urgency for resolution
To enable the community to help each other in the time of emergency
To help in the audit of the functioning of the elected representatives in their area
The ideal candidate would be somebody who understand the problems in his community and is able to lead it forward with practical solutions
Age is not a criterion but maturity and wisdom is very important.
