Are parking rates going up 4 fold
My husband is saying parking rates in noida are going up 4 fold. His clients most in Noida do not cover parking costs and now it will cost 80-100 per day to park as opposed to 20 earlier.
Our earnings are not going up but Noida authority wants to earn lot more which i dont know for what. Any ways they fail to pick garbage and maintain roads as rightly outlined in this mornings post.
The new parking rates are not acceptable. Request DM and MLA and MP of Noida to intervene immediately. more

Noida authority may examine how can the space in front of the main entrance to an industry in Sector 16 be used for parking by the contractor. Yes, on the opposite side of the road, it could be permitted for parking of the vehicles of the visitors. But no blocking of space outside an office should be allowed. How can the CEO/ employees of a company move for urgent client meetings if they can't take out their vehicles due to blockade of space on account of public parking. We have asked the contractor to produce the area map which indicates the parking places approved by Noida authority, but he hasn't turned up. Obviously, the contractors merely want to earn more money at the cost of inconvenience to the management of companies located in different sectors. It is requested that Noida Authority may kindly look into this aspect to avoid conflict situations of the company administration with the contractors. more

I am have been working in sector 18 for last 15 years and my personal experience that NOIDA authority official really don't care on this issue. Because these parkings are free for them. We are expecting help from some one who is enjoying free ride at our cost. We have been charged road tax which also runs in thousands at the time of buying vehicle which is paid by us for the road conditions we know and on the top of that they want to make money on parking. See the height of.... that The multi storey building built on our cost and given to DLF on contract, DLF charging the rates whatever they want. For the recovery they have bouncers, local gundas etc. NOIDA authority, Police know all these but keeping their eyes closed as they enjoy with this kind of arrangements. Its all hand to hand. I AM REALLY FAIL TO UNDERSTAND NO one IN THE DM/NOIDA OFFICE realising this unethical practice ???? We have bought office in Sector-18 paying commercial lease rent to NOIDA for what ???????? and its really pitty for the shop owners as the customer no longer willing to come to sector-18. more

Yes, i do agree. Earlier Last year in January it was 10 for a day, then they increased and made it Rs12 which was not viable as people do not have change and now they done 20 for 2hrs. I recently went to watch movie at spice sector25 for 3.5-4hrs it costed me 50bugs. Parking rates should be minimum so that everyone can give easily and not like this Dadagiri and Hafta Wasooli. Most of the locals, villagers do not give any money to parking vendors so why we give their share? @CM,MP,MLA pl. look into it, while DM and Auth. will not do anything we know for sure. more

Such hike is not justified. Noida administration please look into and encourage the people to park their vehicles in proper parking other wise there will be a problem on roads.
