Merely by saying that the importers are getting input tax credit and still the cost of imported medical device have not come down may not be sufficient to approach National Anti-Profiteering Authority. It might be possible with the ITC regime, the tax might have been increased. Nevertheless, one need to conclusively substantiate that there is a reduction in the cost in the hand of the retailers and these reductions are not being passed onto the consumer. Can you provide information about what was the import duty prior to GST and post GST and similarly what was the tax pre and post GST era. more
Dr.Neelam Nath...... Doctor you are doing a good job, sorry to hear people are still immature to respond properly. more
Thanks. Even offline it is @100/- only with medicines for a week. Online consultation allows 5 messages during 3 days, more than enough to treat people.
My pattern of practice has always been like this only during last 41 years & patients have been like extended families, except for few nasty elements, who taught me lessons to Never behave like them.
Why do some people, specially the working women be unkind towards own species? more
Pass the blame to doctors as usual It's worth sharing with friends here I am doing online medical practice @99/- only Yesterday a working woman, age 31, married and no kids yet, wanted to consult about her multiple chronic problems at 11 pm Sunday night I replied to basic problems, made sure that she was comfortable and told her politely to get back today morning I was shocked to get her reply that since I was earning ' bucks ' through online practice, I was duty bound to be working @24 hours This is a rare case Sad part is that she's educated and married and a working woman! more
Thanks for the information . Don't you think thr doctors and consultants should also be aware of it , so that the message can be passed on to the user ; that will prevent him being exploited . Normally the commercial information like this about the cost of procedures are detailed by a person . more
Yes, the anti Profiteering authority may please look into the matter and investigate. more
