Business to Business corruption - Inputs Needed
Just in recent times, we have seen several cases where the corruption was between Business to Business with no involvement of the Government. Typical examples are a large corporate or SME bribing bank staff for loans or when one an SME is paying bribes to win contracts, get qualified as a supplier, find competitor bid information or get paid.
Sometimes bribes are collected from the supply chain because promoters of contracting companies need cash for consumption to pay bribes for Govt work or to politicians.
Such practices are fairly common in India.

Simple example of Levy Sugar meant for Public Distribution System and holding the Sugar in black market. Complaints to the effect NEVER EVER GET REGISTERED since past couple of years. Similar is the case of Anti Corruption Dept - Complaints against RTO personnel's (Five in numbers) was lodged in 2014 but instead of FIR all the documents were handed over to the concerned RTO Office against whom the complaint was lodged, as if the "Anti Corruption Dept" is working for RTO and the Personnel's of Anti Corruption Dept are paid by the RTO office. Except confessing in High Court that Investigation is still on (more than Five Years) there is NO ACTION even of Registering the FIR. Same is the Case of Co-operative bank wherein fake and fictitious account was Opened and Insurance money to the tune of Rs. 6,00,000/- siphoned. Complaints to local Police Station, Anti Corruption Dept - Never ever get materialized till date, except couple of calls to make the statements as desired by the Authorities (Convenient to have loopholes) - when brought to the NOTICE - NO statements got registered, NOR the COMPLAINTS. ANY SOLUTION??????? The Highest Authorities of concern Dept are spectacularly silent, till date. more

All purchase and marketing departments vital industry with monopoly in goods are 100% corrupt .Govt does not come in any where . Banks dishing out small notes and change is one more place. more

Corruption is not restricted to Govt. institutions but is very in vogue in private sector. Business to business corruption is part of business. Under/over billing is done and the difference is taken in cash. By doing so, taxes are also avoided. The revenue authorities are work in partnership with such business entities and get handsome monthlies. If anti corruption laws are made effective and Govt. officials are made accountable for any lapse/connivance, such mal-practices can be controlled to a large extent. more
