Let SOP of Railway catering be made public.
It is not an easy task in the present circumstances to improve the quality overnight yet let us compel Railway to make some improvements. Passengers will have to fight with Railway to force improvements.
The Railway should public the SOP of the all food items served by it, clearly disclosing :
1. The process of preparation of all items;
2.Material used to prepare such items , providing minute details as to Which oil is used in place of vegetable oils,
3.Time Gap between preparation and ultimate supply of items.
4. The process amd material should be verified and approved by CFTRI or FSSAI.
Our Indian ladies will immediately find out any deviation from such SOP and will compel Railway to book their dear Partners Caterers.
