In spite of Govt. rules and regulations the packed watet bottles (Kinley/ aquafina etc) are charge over MRP cost. This has become a menace. Couple of weeks ago I dined at " Dakshin" Dasapalla, Visakhapatnam. I had a bottle of Kinley water bottle (room temerature) and the restaurant charged me three times the MRP. Govt. should send police person in pain cloths and let them drink Kinley water bottle. The management should be charged for this offence. dc ------------------------------------------- Dr. D.
