Right Punishment for Child Abuse
I have been forwarded the link below to sign the petition demanding tough punishment for child abuse in India and I have signed it.

Also , a question I have is whether death penalty is the right solution to this? Or should it be life imprisonment without parole which the petition also states. Or should it be like 50 years of jail?

Health, Hygiene, Potentiality, and the Child bearing capabilities of the individual as was also construed by Judiciary in Certain Cases , SHALL BE THE REAL BASE FOR the Age of Marriage .
Generally , by 11/12 years Females ; 13/14 years Males possess these 4 Natural & Human qualities while the Sex/Birth Giving Hormones prove the same .
So, a further 3 to 4 years Generally will be the fit Age at Natural and Moral ethics for allowing to be Married .
Further, it is the issue and question of the individuals and their Families to decide whether to perform marriage at that time or not .
Coercive long-lead at law cannot dictate or convince the Natural Desires if Provoked . This is the root cause of many Sexual misuses and Love Affairs whether succeed or end with rivalry or Suicide . more

Weeds can be eradicated only with weedicides. A rapist, if given life imprisonment, may instigate/motivate other inmates of the jail, to become rapists. Further, he may get remission for the term of the award, and thus may get am early release also. more

Few cases found where crowed killed the child abuser. But still crime against children are increasing. So soft or hard punishment is not solution. I planned meaningful campaign against child abuse. I wrote content, lyric etc.etc I need good team to implement my new ideas on social media. more

Many of the cases of mob justice are false. The people killed mostly come from poor economic backgrounds or are deprived. These people were victimised purposely..

Law loop-holes , Neglect and Failure of Law and Order increasing immoral and inhuman Crimes since Rule has so neglected while the Society already in its half path towards unsocial, unnatural and disgraceful run .

Repeated Posts on Unlawful Sex and Rapes is not of use. Every one should jointly fight for Strict Laws and enforcement to remove IPC Sections relaxing at Consent and Connivance. India should not still UNDER SLAVERY PERMITTING INDIVIDUAL CONSENT AND CONNIVANCE. DEVOLUTION AND DIVORCE Except on grounds of Cruelty and Mental Disorder, shall not be permitted. Sex provocative Expressions, Exposures, even in Movies and TVs shall not be allowed. Sex provocative means and ways through Ragging, Lovers' Day, Kiss of Love, Pub Culture and Holiday Events gathering strangers of both Genders, SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED AND PERMITTED . Prostitution to earn Money to lead Self and Family shall be RE-INSTATED with necessary Licences as in the Past which WILL JUSTIFY THE GREED OF BOTH THE GENDERS . We should understand that Widow Marriages were Socially grounded only at the interest of the whole Society TO STOP UNLAWFUL SEX at Consent/Connivance AS WELL AS TO STOP RAPES .
