I took sufficient breakfast, medium quantity of lunch and I reduced dinner to large extent. It reduced my weight by 2-3 kgs within a month and I feel fresh in the morning without tiredness.
Only thing I have to correct. I am going to bed immediately, ie, 20-30 minutes after taking dinner because of returning home from office late. This is the wrong process. We must be in moving position or atleast in sitting position for about 2 hrs after dinner. Then only, our acidic balance and digestion efficiency will remain normal. I suffer from acidity related head ache during early morning atleast for 10 days a month and the producers of Saridon tablets are making good business.
I have to adjust my work schedule soon and get the dinner earlier hereafter to save my health. Because, yesterday, I saw a news item that a women died in Chennai as she was taking painkillers when she had head ache frequently. She did not know that she was suffering from brain related blood supply problems. One day, she suddenly went to COMA and the doctors declared her brain dead and hence her husband donated all her essential body organs.
So, if I do not correct my schedules, I too have to become an addict for pain killers like SARIDON, and I too may get affected, though mine is not brain related, but, acidic stomach only.
As I am experienced in this matter as mentioned above, follow the tips. Also have my additional point of having dinner earlier. You can avoid many problems. more
