This is to bring to notice of all members about poor quality of Service from Micromax. Do not buy Micromax products. I brought an A240 Micromax Doodle 2 in January 2014. The phone goes dead for no rhyme or reason. I have been to their service center 8 times. Everytime they apologise for repeated breakdown, keep on advising to re-submit phone for repairs to service center, but are offering no solutions. You are all warned. Do not buy Micromax phones. more

Rajeshwarji... I have many experiences with Samsung , Bajaj etc...in the past! These corporates have no respect for consumers and all our complaints ... They appoint certain vendors to organize service and we are at their mercy!! I bought a car in July from Siva Motors and I was promised that the car registration & transfer of insurance will be done in 15 days, today its October end I am yet to receive my RC! When they sell the car they advised me that service schedule is every 15000 kms and it would cost approx Rs.5000/- per service. I had taken the car for routine check up and they advised me that the car manufacturer had changed the service schedule to 7500 kms and they billed me for Rs.11000/-... This is Jungle Raj Sir, This is over India. You will find so called professionals who lie thru to earn a living! Cheep people cheep mentalities, every one wants to be a millionaire over nite! more
