I was traveling by rajkot Secunderabad express yesterday. There is no facility of pantry car nor the irctc arrange for food. This train runs for 30 hrs. How does the railways expect passengers to survive.? Only food from private vendors & at rates above MRP more

Dear Sir I further agitate Cleanliness may it be railways or otherwise is more of our own responsibility than any body else If we become committed that neither we shall may sorroundings dirty nor shall allow others to do it .90% task is over for remaining 10 % the authorities will have to share there responsibilities?Each compartments should be provided 2 nos. of big dustbins which should be cleared on big junctions or at the most every 12 holy for long routed trains Like display of warning messages of fine for smoking /ticketless travelling /undue chain pulling ,it should be also displayed in bold letters "literrers shall be fined /prosecuted" / more

I am giving you all a number. Next time, you are travelling in any train and face any problem. Just draft a Complaint SMS with details like train no., bogie number and your PNR no. on your mobile phone and send to 08121281212. Immediately you will receive an acknowledgement and after a few while, the TTE in your bogie will receive a call. Try it. Another no. 1322 is all India Helpline Number of Railways. Try calling it also. Please lodge complaint whenever you feel the services are not up-to-the-mark. Don't just leave it. Raise your voice. Save both numbers in your mobile. more
