I wrote to the second number above number. The response I got was that they are SE Rly and they have forwarded my complaint as I was travelling on Central Rly! That is all. If this is how these numbers function, then citizens are fooled. more

For those persons who are aggrieved with the services provided by Railways at any stage should store these 2 numbers in their Mobile Phone : Railway All India Helpline No. : 1322 and SMS your complaint with details to : 08121281212. You will get a registration SMS immediately and your complaint is lodged very easily. Try these numbers once in case of need off-course and see the result. I saw the results once, you also try !!! more
