1 in 2 consumers is stuck with a defective product at home

All of you know how LocalCircles since 2016 has been trying to activate the Government on resolving consumer issues through laws, standards, policies, regulators and enforcement.

Many of you have been sharing inputs on how customer service, replacement and repair of defective products from brands is extremely difficult generally. The latest study below highlights that:

How consumers struggle with grievance redressal of defective products

Do go through this and share with every contact of yours as most urban households have this issue. Only when millions of consumers demand that the after sales service be made consumer centric is when we will see concrete action by brands

As always do share your experience with defective products be it a smartphone, laptop, television, whitegood, appliance or even automobile. more
