Abolish Income tax in a phased manner so that generation of black money is permanently stopped.
As an alternative, apply 1-2% charges to all deposits in bank above Rs 100000. This will give great results when combined with cancellation of big notes above Rs 100. This will automatically bring all black money to India without any govt efforts and we will not need any FDI. FDI is not for charity. They invest Rs 100 to take away Rs 500 This is the root cause of all problems. more

This suggestion is counter product.It will be a tax on savings. It would be better to tax expenditure above level It was also recommended. and experimented in 1956.Whatever be the law honest enforcement agencies are must. Honest governance is a pre request for honest officials. more
