Ministry of Railway stop this useless drama.... 90% railway employees do not report on duty.. they pay bribe to supervisor and get the salary without doing any work.. 1st of all put all such employees in Jail and forfeit their all property and recover the salary paid to them... !!! more

The proposals shown to improve the running of trains without derailing are OK. the basic reason for the railway wheels to derail is the support base is very thin. However, this gives an advantage of minimum resistance between the rail and the wheel- which is a great advantage. The wheel has only one flange on one side and runs along the rail while rotating. This makes the wheel to easily slip from the rail. This support of the wheel or the side flange are to be modified to provide better stability to the wheel while running on the rail.
