This mysterious Coronavirus is slowly but surely turning out to be a "gorakhdhandha"! It appears to have built up a labyrinth network and raises its head anywhere at will and unexpectedly. Hopes are being attached to the vaccine's appearance on the platform. Until then, self protection through self-discipline seems to be an interim solution. more
We already have High Court, Home Ministry, NGT and a host of watchdogs to keep criticizing Delhi Government despite their best efforts. Compared to Maharashtra, Andhra, Gujarat and UP - Delhi has been in a much better managed state. Hotels were converted into Quarantine Hospitals and Plasma Therapy was also among the many firsts by Delhi Government but some or should I say majority people only have time to find faults and criticize. With LG meddling and muddling all the time, Health Minister Satyender Jain fought his way out of the infection and is a proof that this Government acts and not just talks. Also with Lockdown 3.0 lifting, the onus of reviving/maintaining and establishing a clean Delhi lies on the common public. If you find a person spitting on the road what would you do? Pull him up, ignore him or reach home recollect the incident and punch the keys to announce it as a Resource? more
I am of the view point that as slowly and gradually as things are opening up to revive the economy and to be back on track. We as social animals with our brains will have to follow all the protocols and guidelines laid by WHO and Health Ministry. Meaning until the day vaccination arrives , we will have to safeguard ourselves as well as society come what may. Implying that Masks + Gloves and Sanitizers are the new normal and way forward to be safe and healthy. Corona has dig in deep roots in India as well. ??. So every citizen should act like a responsible individual and show civic sense as well in their daily conduct as well as in their respective field of works. May God bless us all. Cheers. Be safe and keep healthy, increase your immunity guys and lifestyle will have to be changed for sure also for survival. more
No need for the government to be expansive in saying that we are doing better than other nations. Other nations have a name too! In absolute terms India is doing badly! Moreover, this after the hugely autocratic powers exercised by prime minister Modi in order lockdown. Lockdown the was imposed coercively. Over 35,000 casualties! Worse than China, Korea, and so many countries. The number of cases being the 3rd highest in the world. Let us also remember that mostly Indians living here, born 42 years before i.e. the year 1978 having been vaccinated, along with our younger population have given us the advantage over the cleaner western world. However, until vaccination comes, we must be safeguarded through testing while precautions mentioned above, such as wearing masks, using technology of contact tracing and personal hygiene. more
