Let's face it, we all look at ourselves in the mirror every now and then to check for wrinkles. You don't have to rush out and get a Botox injection just yet, since there are plenty of superfoods that can help promote healthy and clear skin.

Some other foods that also prevent/reduce wrinkles are Leafy greens, Pumpkin seeds, Broccoli, Strawberries, Dark chocolates, Guava, Oysters, Kiwi, Salmon, sprouted, Apples, Garlic, Papaya, Beet roots , Turnip, Basil, Pepper, Cucumber, Lemon, Mushrooms, Olives, Turmeric, Flax Seeds, Almonds, Walnuts. The list of all foods put together appears to be long. It should be our endeavor to eat as much, as many as and possible as large variety of these foods making it as habit to prevent and reduce wrinkles, besides relevant face packs, some of them made from above foods. more
