I (DEEPIKA MALHOTRA) want to put complaint against INIFIBEAM.COM who had tried to cheat me.I had placed an order of MCA-ENTRANCE EXAM BOOK on 5 AUGUST with purshase id (11422223) whoes delivery has to be done on 10 AUGUST but it is not delivered yet . I have put a complaint mail on 13 august but it was not delivered don’t know the reason. Then i called up them on same day on their customer service no. but they started giving excuses ans said that when i placed an order it was in thier stock but when it got placed it got out of stock and demanded 24 hrs of for delivery. But even after completion of 24 hrs it didn’t reach at my home and hence i again called them but had to listen the same excuses and thay again gave me a deadline of 16 August i.e. taday but again the situation is same . They said me that they had shifted my product and it is not reached at my home. As it was a book related to my studies , it was quite more important for me.Because of them lots of my holiday have got wasted. Now i have lost my patience and today in my conversation with one of the executives i had ask them to cancel my order and refund back my money.As a service provider it should affect them and try to relax me but it made no effect to them and they said that i haveto wait for 7-21 days to get my money back to me. They had wasted my lot of time and now they are trying to disturb me and want i would get tired so that they can easily eat money and cheat on me.
