16000 Shell Companies under investigation
Attached is the list of 16000 shell companies under investigation by Govt of India for dubious transactions, deposits during demonetisation. Directors of these companies will be barred from being on other company boards. Some directors on these companies are also directors on large company boards.

Basically shell companies exsist due to negligence of Registrar/auditor, the no. of shell companies may be more, this trend is also exsist in Coop. Societies/NGOs also in MSME. more
