"A lot of educated, sincere, patriotic citizens are putting in a lot of time posting here. " of Sri Ranbir Sinha indeed is correct. We shall win the goal using necessary alternatives like Article 249 ; Reviewing and Reporting to Supreme Court on the directions given by them since 1992 on public issues ; Making President to refer certain issues of Constitutional importance to apex Court before concluding ; etc., more
Protection to the Middle Class People : My Submission is Regarding Strange & mutually contradiction by the Directives to the People of Delhi regarding the Private Cars. All the Members are requested to spare some time, review it & post their Opinion. 1. The 1st Order is that the Cars Older than 15 Years(Petrol) & 10 Years (Diesel) can not be used in Delhi. 2. The 2nd Directive is to minimise the use of Cars & use the Public Transport. I am of the Opinion that we must use Public Transport as much as Possible & Feasible instead of the Private Car. As all are aware that one needs & tries his best to buy a car as it is very essential in a Big City like Delhi for many day to day family work &/or Family Functions. Now if I Obey Govt. Directive & use the Public Transport to its Maximum (Which I Do) then the Car Purchased Looses its Life with Minimal of its Usage. so Practically we are to Discard practically a Half Used Car !! Isn't it Painful as it is not still Feasible for a Middle Class Family to By New Car. How a Car can be suddenly become Polluting after such a Short Period especially when the Private cars are Well Maintained as the Common Man can't afford the Costly Mtce. Also one Must have a PUC Certificate to be able to use Cars in Delhi. This PUC data is Centrally Monitored by Govt. All of the People may not be able to Buy Cars at such a Short Interval of 10-15 Yrs. In my View & with the availability of Online Data of PUC (Pollution Certificate) with the Govt. the Cap on No. of Years a Car can be used in Delhi Must be Scrapped. It is nothing Less than a Stringent Harassment to the Law Abiding Citizens. Need the Sincere Comments from all Please. more
performance measurement matrix can be implemented at all governance levels including for MP's & MLAs to mesaure their inputs towards their constituency manforce at the ground level needs to be sensitised to the larger policies of the goverment and incentives can be outlined for them specially. it is the contribution at the ground level that will make the maximum impact more
What were the top 5 problems identified by the citizens? corruption was #1, safety of women and children #2, training and Jobs for all #3, etc . What has been done so far needs to be shown to us, only then we can say if we are on the right course, do we need to just implement or really change the course, and so on. A lot of educated, sincere, patriotic citizens are putting in a lot of time posting here. We need to know if the government is taking us seriously, doing something useful with the ideas, do they need our help, or are they sitting back and laughing at the hundreds of white papers this circle produces. It is important. So what has been done about corruption? How many corrupt top people have been put in Jail? How many kidnappers and rapists have been put in jail or hanged? What has been done to educate and provide jobs to the youth especially in villages? Can we get and list and proof from the government? I thought we are a part of the government, where is the feedback? more
