I live at kundanhalli bangalore 560037 ..greenfield apartment .we have total 13 flats ..10 owners do not live here ...we are just 3 owners rest all tenants .earlier we had decided to get Cauvery water connection .along with changing the main water pipes to every apartment .besides 2 owners who live in the building all the rest are keen to get the job done immediately At least 10 /12 labourers will be involved going in and out of the building premises. While the people need not panic, however the Governments of the day having taking all necessary actions, the responsibility now lies more on the Citizens and they need to start behaving rather than continue to have the "Chalta Hai" Attitude and blaming everything on the Government. The punitive actions announced need to be put in force without any action as Citizens work more with the "Danda" than feeling it as their own responsibility more
