The size of your heart is almost equal to size of your fist. Blood pressure is primarily linked to heart. Higher blood pressure for a long time may lead to angina or heart attack. One of the reason for higher BP can be high cholesterol and stress. The deposit of fat in veins may lead to high chlesterl/BP/Angina/heart attack. Take proper medication from doctor for high cholesterol/BP. Yoga, Pranayama and Dhyana are wonderful remedies for high BP. Depending upon the deposition of cholesterol in 3 men arteries going to heart, doctors decide for conservative therapy/ angioplasty/open heart surgery. Hypertrophy of heart is also a disease. Missing or irregular heartbeats are also indication of some heart problem. Proper investigations are required to ascertain the exact problems and medication. The chances/likelihood of heart disease can be correlated/ascertained if one's abdomen circumference is more by 4 inches form chest circumference. BMI (Body Mass Index) [Weight in Kgm divided by height in meters square] is also a forerunner for heart and other diseases, if it is more than 30. Bad position of your gums and teeth can also lead to heart disease. To keep the heart healthy one should 1. Walk/steep walk fr minimum 40 minutes per day 2. Avoid/restrict fats, sweets/namkeens/salt to minimum possible. 3. Gradually increase your intake of green vegetable (preferably boiled), salads, fruits to 50% of your your total food intake 4. Learn and do yoga, pranayama, dhyana. 5. Keep yourself stress-free. Learn to say no, if if can not accomplish the task timely by all your skills and efforts. 6. Do not digest the bad words said on you. If incorrect, try to convenience the other side of real aspects. If you are not able to utter/protest, please share with some of your well wishers.
