This needs a law. The pet owners must be responsible for clearing their pet's poo. The stray dogs poo cleaning must be the responsibility of the RWA of the colony they are in . more

रोहिणी सैक्टर-3 E-20 के पार्क मे लोग अपने पालतू कुत्तो को खुल्ला छोड़ देते है| पार्क की हरी हरी घास पर आराम से कुत्ते दौडते रहते है और हद तो जब होती है की वे वही टट्टी और पिशाब भी कर देते है जिसके कारण बच्चो ओर बड़ो का कई बार पैर भर जाते है| कुत्तो के मालिको को इतनी भी समज नहीं है की पार्क बच्चो के खेलने ओर लोगो के घूमने के लिए होतो है | ऐसे लोगो से सफाई की क्या उम्मीद कर सकते हो| more

One is a member of RWA!which has no sweepers willing to clean stray or pet dog poop.and I am sureunlessthere is a law to clear up,strictly enforced as in overseas, no dog owners cleAr up either.it is a mindset that needs to be sea changed to acting responsibly consciously. more
