There is zero fairness in competitions / awards/ honors/ prizes in the existing system of congress regime. NDA has to activate this rusted system into a factual system. This is also connected to VIP culture. Those who are near to powerful politicians/IAS/IPS lobby get top awards & the deserving cases are neglected. Even gallantry awards to police personal should be given to those who has acted bravely or risked their life to protect the law where as it is being given to those who are with the powerful politicians. I know a case wherein President's police awards has been given to a policeman who has remained with Bhupinder Singh Hooda right from when he has been MP and with his MP son there after. The policeman has not shown any bravery or risked his life to protect the law but recommended by the state DGP who has been CM's classmate for President's award. A non deserving will get lifelong benefits and the deserving will suffer for their life. more

I absolutely agree with Shri Mahinder Singh ji In my opinion, unless the present bureaucratic work - culture & also justice delivery system in the Courts is drastically changed with reforms, improved with proper accountability,( if required by amending provisions in the Constitution if any,) and is set on proper rails for smooth running, we can not visualise the dreams of "Golden India /Maha Bharat"which our noble & great, highly respected lakhs of Freedom Fifhters/Maha Thyagis since 1857 on wards, even probably earlier may be, (which my knowledge does not go beyond) who put all their resources in the Freedom Struggle of Our Country, dreamt the Freedom, tranlated into reality and what all now being harped heavily on the Country"s progress & prosperity is to major extent myth(my opinion- poor man is becoming poorer , rich man is becoming richer,no. of of intellectuals , professionals brains either brain-drained or put in the drain by certain vested interests on whom there is hardly any control for political powers for a variety of reasons.) However , there is a hope of light from Light House, for this problem.,which the Nation is looking forward eagerly i.e., Hon "ble Shri Modi Saheb,Let us wait & see. more
