3 months of PCR amendment
However….! The description thereafter appears to be funny.
My experience was that, a 330ml can of Coke is being sold on airports, flights, multiplexes, etc with MRP of Rs 100, whereas a 300ml can of Coke gets sold in roadside shops at it’s MRP of Rs 30. Fine.
But I had also found that in some airline flights, cans of 300ml Coke, without any MRP printed, are being sold at Rs 100, when it’s actual MRP is Rs 30, which is NOT displayed.
This could also happen either at the airport or in multiplexes, because the regular visitor is aware of the fact that the Coke can is available there is for Rs 100 in general, and most of the consumers do NOT check the quantity.
Such Duel pricing may be allowed, only if there is a marked difference in the packaging.
For example, if the 300ml Coke can with MRP of Rs 30, is of cylindrical shape, having Red coloured printing all over, then the 300ml Coke can with MRP of Rs 100, should either have a different shape, or different colour, or both. It should NOT be both, Red coloured AND cylindrical.
Only then, such cheating shall get arrested. more
