The most misleading advertisements and publicity are more on cosmetic goods, toiletries, health supplements, resort selling, real estate selling, life, health, general insurance, Mutual Funds (Advertisements & Advisers do not tell negative points), oils for removing baldness or regrowth of hairs, Astrology, Palmistry, Numerology, Gemology, Costly- suiting, shirting, ladies garments, children garment, Hospitals facilities & treatments including costly dental & cosmetic treatments, frames of spectacles, costly shoes, sleepers, chappals, sandles, over the counter (OTC) goods. The middle and senior middle class should carefully evaluate with their equivalent goods and services and go for less costly products/services from reasonably good companies The Central, State and Local Governments & their concerned departments should check such misleading advertisements, publicity, products and services and on complaints from customers and after inquiry, if found true whether of product quality and/or after sales services, blacklist/ban their such products/services including their brand ambassadors.
