31 दिसंबर तक भरना होगा जीएसटीआर-1

अगर आप कारोबारी हैं और आप ने अभी तक जीएसटी रिटर्न फाइल नहीं किया है, तो अगले चार दिन के भीतर कर लें.

31 दिसंबर तक भरना होगा जीएसटीआर-1

नवंबर में जिन लोगों ने जीएसटीआर-1 रिटर्न फाइल नहीं किया था, उन्हें सरकार ने 31 दिसंबर तक का समय दिया था. जिन कारोबारियों का सालाना टर्नओवर 1.5 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा है, उन्हें जुलाई से अक्टूबर महीने तक के सभी मासिक रिटर्न 31 दिसंबर तक भरने होंगे.

इसके अलावा उन कारोबारियों को भी 31 दिसंबर से पहले रिटर्न फाइल करना होगा, जो कंपोजिशन स्कीम नहीं लेते है. इसमें 1.5 करोड़ रुपये तक के टर्नओवर वाले कारोबारी शामिल हैं. इस दौरान छोटे कारोबारी पहला रिटर्न जीएसटीआर-1 भरेंगे. 31 दिसंबर तक इन लोगों को जुलाई से सिंतबर के पहले क्वार्टर का रिटर्न भरना होगा.

जीएसटीआर-6

जीएसटीआर-6 उन लोगों को फाइल करना होता है, जिन्होंने इनपुट टैक्स क्रेडिट हासिल किया है. यह मासिक रिटर्न होता है. फिलहाल जुलाई का रिटर्न भरने के लिए 31 दिसंबर तक का समय है.

बता दें कि जीएसटी के तहत रिटर्न फाइल करना जरूरी है. जिनका रिटर्न कुछ भी नहीं है, उनको भी रिटर्न भरना जरूरी है. जीएसटी के तहत 6 तरह के रिटर्न भरने होते हैं. इसमें जीएसटीआर-1, जीएसटीआर-2, जीएसटीआर-3, जीएसटीआर-4, जीएसटीआर-5 और जीएसटीआर-6 शामिल है. more

For monthly return filers, the dates for GSTR 1 have further been extended. more  
I request members need to post query in English which is readable by all Indians as south people cannot understand Hindi and query may not be answered by all !! more  
GST issues are regular affairs-seems unending-prices and charges have gone up everywhere for this. To add to this if correspondences are made in Hindi, will that suit all Indians? more
